The Examinations Section
The Examinations Section provides centralised services and support to ensure consistent and high quality conduct of examinations across all campuses of the University.
Examination Supervisors play a key role to ensure that all students have the opportunity to sit examinations under optimal conditions according to University assessment and examination policies and procedures.
There are multiple positions available. Applicants will be responsible for following established procedures for monitoring students during examinations; including assessing and responding to instances of misconduct, set-up of exam materials, verification of student identity, and distributing, collecting and reconciling completed exam scripts.

You will also have a demonstrated ability to deliver high quality customer focused service in a high pressure environment. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and academic staff .
Phsyical fitness and mental alertness are essential to ensure consistent provision of exam supervision.
You will be required to work outside standard business hours, Monday to Saturday and be available for work during peak exam periods – April, June, September and November.
This is a casual appointment with the potential for recurring seasonal work. Remuneration will be at Professional Staff HEW 1, Level 1, $30.80 per hour, plus employer superannuation contributions of 9.5%.
Hours of work are based on a rostered shift allocation - Monday to Saturday - and subject to University requirements.
