HE Programme Administrator 

Salary: £20,989 - £23,557 per annum

Hours: Full Time (37 hours per week)

Contract: Permanent

Leeds Arts University is the only specialist arts university in the North of England. We have contributed significantly to the development of arts education for over 170 years, and have developed a national and international reputation based on the achievements of our students and staff. Leeds Arts University has been formally recognised as the new title for Leeds College of Art, after being granted full university status by the Privy Council.

A vacancy has arisen for a Full time HE Programme Administrator, working within a team of administrators acting as a liaison point between students, academic staff and support departments to ensure that students’ needs are met.  This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly motivated, busy and committed HE Administration team.

You will be educated to a minimum of GCSE level including English and Mathematics at grade C/4 or above, and have substantial and relevant experience in an administrative position dealing with customers from a variety of backgrounds; you will also be competent in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint packages of Microsoft Office with an ability to produce reports from these as requested. Experience of working in a HE environment and working with the Agresso Student Record System would be desirable.
