Teaching Quality Assurance and Enhancement consists of Quality and Standards Team, Academic Development Team, Technology Enhanced Learning, Education Projects and Programme Development. TQAE delivers services across the University through the directorates of Education and Student Support and Compliance, Governance and Risk.
The primary focus of this post is to provide leadership and management of the uninterrupted provision of high quality services associated with the Quality and Standards Team (QST). The post-holder will have line management responsibility and will be responsible for leading continuous improvement process and delivering enhancements across the full gambit of functions within QST. This role requires the holder to represent TQAE on a number of committees and subcommittees and to work collaboratively with College staff and others to ensure the best outcomes for the students and the University.
