Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Nursing

This is a continuing, full time position based at the Logan campus.
This position will teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the School, with Level C applicants also developing and convening courses. You will commence with a balanced profile, and while demonstrating teaching excellence, you will also undertake high impact research in your areas of expertise. A Senior Lecturer may also undertake leadership within a discipline area and/or lead a research team within the School.
The successful applicant will hold unrestricted registration and license to practise as a registered nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency. You will also possess a PhD in Nursing or related area or a relevant doctoral qualification in nursing or education. You will have demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in teaching at the tertiary education level, with Senior Lecturer applicants also demonstrating leadership in teaching and curriculum development. Your ability to conduct and publish research, with evidence of high quality papers will be essential. Applicants at Senior Lecturer level will also ideally possess a proven track record of national and international research collaborations.
Senior Lecturer, Level C: $111,104 - $128,113 per annum. Salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $129,993 - $149,893 per annum.
Lecturer, Level B: $90,697 - $107,706 per annum. Salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $106,116 - $126,017 per annum.
