Finance Administrative Assistant
The Finance Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Director of Clinical Finance. The individual has general responsibility of supporting the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Finance Office by triaging and completing various administrative tasks which include but is not limited to answering phone, opening mail, scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, reconciling invoices, and preparing bills for payment. Effective communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to multitask are required. Time management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize requests are important.
1 to 3 years experience performing in a similar administrative position is required. Medical/dental billing office experience is preferred. Experience with customer service and a great attitude is required as well as attention to detail and ability to use critical thinking. Candidate must be proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Prior experience working in an academic environment is a plus.
