Lead CDU’s Alumni engagement and develop strategies to improve the effectiveness of alumni relations programs and services.
The Advancement Team leads the University’s philanthropic and engagement activities through its connections with CDU Alumni, government and industry stakeholders, communities and individuals, in our local region, throughout Australia and internationally. In its commitment to this the Advancement team supports strategic initiatives to recognize the aspirations of the University’s Strategic Plan, Connect Discover Grow.
As the Manager of Alumni, you will take a lead role in developing and implementing an alumni engagement strategy that reflects the University’s aspirations as identified in the strategic plan Connect, Discover, Grow and provides advice and recommendations to senior staff across the University to improve the effectiveness of alumni relations programs and services.
To be successful, you will possess a relevant postgraduate qualification in marketing, communication or relevant discipline, and extensive experience leading alumni relations programs, preferably within the Higher Education or Vocational Education sector as well as Extensive demonstrated experience in a leadership role within a successful alumni team and the ability to build sustainable relationships with University graduates and key stakeholders.
