Secretariat Administrator

Part time    10.5 hours per week  

Department: Secretariat    
Salary:  £30,816 - £34,219 pa inclusive of London Weighting Allowance (FTE) 
We are looking for a Secretariat Administrator to join the University’s Secretariat Office. 
Working in the areas of student complaints, appeals and misconduct, the post holder will have an exciting opportunity to contribute to the handling of complex, sensitive and interesting student cases. The role also involves supporting high-level University Committees, including its Council and Senate, and supporting the work of the Deputy University Secretary and the Secretariat Office. 
The post holder will work with a wide range of staff at all levels of the organisation, and will need to demonstrate attention to detail, high level written communication skills, and be well organised.  
This is an exciting time for the University; our new £35m state-of-the art library has just opened and we are continuing to develop a number of external partnerships across the globe.
