Seeking a suitably qualified professional to support the Faculty Student Administration team with the coordination of space planning and timetabling requirements for a diverse range of educational programs and teaching spaces within the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. This role will also support students to ensure they meet relevant regulatory and compliance registration requirements to undertake and complete clinical placements as part of their educational program.
The incumbent of this role will liaise with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to understand and meet Faculty teaching requirements for each teaching session and will report on these needs to inform future space and planning requirements. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate agility in being able to quickly assess and resolve unexpected clashes and change requests, as they arise.
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating compliance checking and contributing towards the development of a verification process for these checks to ensure that students meet relevant regulatory requirements to undertake clinical placements.

To be considered for this position, the applicant will demonstrate the below requirements in their CV and a 1 - 2 page cover letter:
- A degree or equivalent in business administration
- A working knowledge of, and experience in, conducting clinical compliance checking as required by organisations such as NSW Health, APRA or similar other organisations.
- Experience in timetabling within an educational institute (preferably within a medical setting).
- Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite and database management skills.
- Demonstrated skill and experience in managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholder at all levels
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills with an ability to identify and resolve problems.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Salary Package: From $80,231 to $88,561 p.a. (HEW Level 6), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading.
