Professional and Community Engagement (PACE) is a University-wide initiative designed to provide undergraduate students with experiential learning opportunities with a range of local, regional and international partners. PACE units provide an academic framework through which students can engage with the community, learn through participation, develop their capabilities and build the skills valued by employers. The PACE initiative, for the University, its stakeholders and the broader community, is an important strategic priority.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and team orientated professional to join the Faculty of Human Sciences PACE team. Reporting to the Faculty PACE Manager, Human Sciences, you will work at the front line with students, academic unit convenors and partner organisations and be responsible for the operational and administrative requirements which underpin the sustainability and success of the PACE initiative. You will contribute to new partner development and provide ongoing, high-level support and service to PACE partners; support PACE unit convenors with the co-ordination and delivery of PACE activities; contribute to the development, implementation and quality assurance of business processes; and contribute to PACE communications, marketing and events.

- Experience building and managing relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a highly collaborative team environment.
- Administration/ project management experience, including planning and implementing business processes and systems with an eye for detail and follow through.
- Understanding of community/ not-for-profit sector.
- Experience in an education environment in a customer service context will be well regarded.

Salary Package: from $80,231 to $88,561 per annum (Level 6), plus 9.5% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading.
Appointment Type: Full-time, fixed term for 12 months (maternity leave relief).
