About the University
The University of South Australia is committed to improving the education and life opportunities of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders. UniSA was the first Australian University to make a public commitment to the achievement of reconciliation between Aboriginal Australians and non-indigenous Australians and in 2014, became the first University in South Australia to launch its own Reconciliation Action Plan. This commitment extends into all the University’s endeavours, including the recruitment and development of its workforce.
About the program
UniSA provides Aboriginal graduates with the opportunity to build on the graduate qualities and competencies acquired as part of their studies and provides an opportunity to gain a broad range of business experiences, diverse skills and an understanding of the business of the University to build their professional profile and skill set.
Skills and Experience
We are looking for graduates who are articulate, have excellent written communication skills and pride themselves on their initiative and organisational ability. During the program, participants will develop administrative, research and project planning skills including the capability to use a broad range of office technology.

In addition to your salary, the University will make employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% of salary on your behalf.
