KIRBY LAING PHD STUDENTSHIPS IN BIBLICAL STUDIES AT THE UNIVERSITY OF GLOUCESTERSHIRE (CHELTENHAM) STARTING 1 OCTOBER 2018
With the support of the Kirby Laing Foundation, the University of Gloucestershire is offering a number of PhD studentships in Biblical Studies, to cover the full or partial direct payment of tuition fees for three years starting in 1 October 2018 (or earlier by agreement). Areas covered include Old and New Testament (historical and/or theological interpretation), extra-biblical texts and the Bible and the visual arts. Successful applicants will form part of the International Centre for Biblical Interpretation in the University.
Applicants must have a BA Hons of at least 2.1 standard or equivalent and a Masters’ Degree in Biblical Studies and/or Theology.
