The office of Campus Engagement aims to build a sense of community by providing social and culturally diverse programs to support an increased student and staff experience and satisfaction rankings. The student engagement team develop programs and activities aimed at integrating students from diverse backgrounds into campus life.
The Campus Engagement team is seeking an enthusiastic and diligent Administrator to provide administrative, project and event coordination support to the Campus Engagement team. Reporting to the Manager, Campus Engagement you will provide financial administrative support, coordinate suppliers, be the first point of contact and administration support for the Student Representative Committee, and review and maintain the Campus Engagement website.

- Demonstrated experience providing administrative support to a fast-paced team
- Month-end experience involving accounting reconciliations
- Proven ability to use and maintain online content
- Demonstrated ability to developing and implement administrative process improvements
- Proven ability to use information systems, such as financial administration systems and data collection systems
- Committee coordination, including preparing agendas

Salary Package: from $69,654 – 79,193 p.a. (HEW Level 5), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading
