About the role
In this role you will be responsible for the strategic development, implementation and on-going review of the scope and delivery of the University’s Alumni and Giving portfolio.
You will have the opportunity to strengthen Southern Cross Alumni engagement and develop a culture of giving through proactive facilitation of relationships, cultivating a sense of connection and belong to the University and development of a targeted communications plan.
With an outcomes-based approach, you will lead the Alumni and Giving team in consistent, targeted and effective program delivery.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to provide leadership to foster successful outcome delivery and an ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with a diverse range of audiences with diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality. You will have experience in coordinating successful projects and events. High-level analytical, problem-solving and time management skills are essential.
