The Role and Your Responsibilities

The Research Project Administrator & Personal Assistant is responsible for providing high level executive support to the Director and the Healthy Liveable Cities Research Group within the School of Global, Urban and Social Studies. They will be responsible for a broad range of duties including diary management, research project administration, local and national tele-conference and local meeting coordination, event organisation, financial processing and travel bookings.

Skills & Experience Required

To be successful in the role you will be expected to have previous experience in a broad range of administrative duties including booking travel, processing financial transactions, management or accurate records, coordinating meetings and providing committee support such as drafting agendas, minutes and facilitating the follow up of action items. The role will require you to administer research projects, (involves collaboration with national and international funding bodies) administer and coordinate events and demonstrate your excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.

Mandatory A degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training.
