About the role

Play a key role managing the Placements Operations team, including the provision of day-to-day leadership and supervision of Placements Operation staff, which provides a range of administrative services to support the delivery of professional, clinical and work integrated learning activities across the College.

This role will provide strategic support and advice, develop systems and programs and identify trends and opportunities in Placement Operations, negotiate solutions and maintain productive relationships both internal and external to La Trobe.

Skills & Experience

Demonstrated management and leadership skills,, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build effective relationships, experience in developing and implementing new processes and system and developing innovative solutions and contributing to strategic planning is essential in this role.

Experience in the use of placement systems (eg InPlace and Placeright), with the ability to further develop processes to efficiently implement the systems is highly advantageous.
