The ARC Training Centre for Advanced Technologies in Rail Track Infrastructure (ITTC-Rail) provides a platform that assists in the transformation of the rail industry to embrace frontier technologies in efficient heavy haul operations through the utilization of new materials, innovative design and construction techniques and advanced manufacturing of track components.
This position will work closely with Distinguished Professor Buddhima Indraratna to conduct research within an ITTC-Rail project involving laboratory, field and theoretical investigation of track stability and dynamic resiliency using large-scale testing facilities. It will also contribute to one or more of the ITTC-Rail research themes.
