Business Process Analyst, Enrollment Services Operations
Manage process improvement efforts and support business aspects of system implementations for enrollment and student services. Analyze cross-functional processes, recommend improvements, document requirements and procedures, and support implementation. Develop project plans and manage cross functional initiatives. Apply and enhance documentation standards and templates. Create process maps, dashboards, surveys, automate workflows, and prepare business cases.
Bachelors degree is required. Excellent analytical and communication skills, organizational ability, attention to detail. Business process analysis, facilitation skills, and ability to learn and use software tools. Proven ability to improve processes. Experience leading cross functional teams and projects.
