Administrative Assistant, Digital Learning and Innovation
Reporting to the Associate Provost of Digital Learning and Innovation, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the strategic and administrative initiatives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing calendar events, coordinating the details of events and activities. This person will work in partnership with the Financial Manager and Executive Assistant as well as other members of the offices Executive Team to ensure seamless and consistent support.
Bachelors degree, and one to three years of relevant experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication is essential. Ability to establish and maintain respectful, cooperative, productive work relationships.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities, including the ability to manage a variety of complex projects and priorities, coordinate with others, and follow projects through to completion.
Initiative to organize, prioritize, plan, and manage own work activities according to necessary timelines and schedules.
Tact and discretion with sensitive/confidential information.
Ability to operate comfortably in a wide variety of roles, whether behind the scenes, or publicly representing the offices in a professional manner.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, WordPress for website content maintenance and SAP a plus.
