An efficient and professional Department Administrator is required to provide quality administrative and secretarial support to the Capital Projects team.

Reporting to the PA/Office Manager and the Project Administrator, the Department Administrator will be responsible for the effective delivery of administrative and office related functions, ensuring that efficient systems are in place to support the work of the professional, technical and support staff in the Capital Projects Office.

The Department Administrator must demonstrate outstanding customer service, IT (both Microsoft and Apple), time management and organisational skills and have the ability to work independently and pro-actively to ensure the smooth running and operation of the Capital Projects department, and to help the team to conduct their duties to the best of their ability.
