First Line Support Assistant (Part-time -Two posts)
Salary: £16,289 to £18,940 plus £4623 London weighting per annum pro rata
Part Time Hours: 20 hours per week. Core hours will be 4 weekday evenings from 5pm-9pm and 1 weekend shift from 3pm-7pm.

Information & Library Services (ILS) is seeking to appoint two part time First Line Support Assistants, responsible for providing IT and audio-visual support within computer labs, libraries and teaching spaces. You will also provide students with support for general IT, account administration and other IT & Library services.
The core hours for this role will be 4 evenings a week from 5pm – 9pm and one 3pm – 7pm shift over the weekend.
Experience supporting, Microsoft Office (preferably at version 2013 or later) is required, along with sound experience supporting users in both Windows (currently Windows 7 and 10) and MAC operating environments under Active Directory.
