The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will participate in the on-going and forthcoming research undertaken as part of the Strategy Discipline under the direction of Associate Professor April Wright.
Applicants should have a PhD in Management, Strategy or Organisational Behaviour. Additionally, the appointee should be able to demonstrate their ability to analyse and report on interview, observation and archival data, including familiarity with using NVivo for coding and managing data.
The ideal candidate will possess high level written and verbal communication skills, as evidenced by publication, refereed papers, research grant successes and conference participation. They will be highly motivated and demonstrate the ability to self-manage in order to meet project goals/milestones.
This is a part-time, 50%, fixed term appointment at Academic Research level B. The remuneration package will be in the range $46,071- $54,709 p.a. plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range $53,903- $64,010 p.a.).
