The College’s educational programs are supported by a number of shared services departments including the Advancement Office.

The Trinity College Advancement Department is a team of development and alumni relations professionals whose mission is to build strong, lifelong relationships with Trinity College’s constituents; match donors' interests with the College’s needs and priorities; and secure the financial resources necessary for Trinity College to achieve its strategic purpose.

The College is seeking to appoint an International Major Gifts Fundraiser responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of prospects for support of Trinity’s Colleges initiatives. This position will focus on domestic prospects – both Individuals but also Trusts and Foundations and will be responsible for building and maintaining a consistently high number of relationships with the anticipation of raising significant resources for the College over time.

The successful applicant will have a tertiary qualification relevant to the role with considerable fundraising or related Sales/Marketing experience. Effective communication within the Advancement team and with key staff from other divisions in the College, particularly the Pathways School, as well as successful engagement with the wider College community is paramount to the success of this role.

Salary Range: 

Band 5, attractive salary (to be negotiated with the successful candidate) plus 10% superannuation and 17.5% Leave Loading
