The Faculty of Law, Humanities and the Arts is one of five Faculties at UOW with a strong reputation across disciplines in Research, and Learning and Teaching. 

The Faculty is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Lecturer to contribute to the delivery of our Media Arts program in the School of the Arts, English and Media. The role encompasses subject coordination and delivery, and administrative responsibilities.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to teach contemporary creative media and technology production in tandem with a strong theoretical understanding. Experience in supporting students to develop not only the creative and practical skills to realise their own projects, but also the capacity to critically contextualise and reflect on individual or collaboratively developed media practice is essential. We seek candidates whose professional practice or creative research takes an innovative and interdisciplinary approach to creative media and digital technologies.
