About You

Reliable, flexible and attentive to detail; you will be an enthusiastic administrator with proven organisational and prioritisation skills. To be successful it is essential that you have the interpersonal skills required to positively and tactfully negotiate, communicate and contribute to the development of a busy and growing department.

Able to work well as an individual and as part of a wider team, you will be committed to quality, customer service and be determined to be successful.

About the Role

You will provide administrative, organisational and customer focused support to a designated department within the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. You will be a member of a busy team, liaising with both academic and technical staff in order to develop, implement and maintain efficient and effective administration systems to suit the needs of the department. You will also be in frequent contact with students and therefore will need to be mindful of their needs.
