The role and your responsibilities
The Administrative Officer, Work Integrated Learning (WIL) is responsible for providing expert advice and high-level administration and organisational services. The position operates within a team framework and is expected to provide effective and efficient administrative support for WIL (including internships, placements and work-based learning) across media, communication and design disciplines.
The position provides excellent customer service to staff and clients and is responsible for day-to-day administration of WIL, and maintaining quality systems that ensure compliance with University policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience required
The successful appointee will have highly developed client relations and interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to deal effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will preferably have an understanding of the role of Work Integrated Learning in furthering graduate outcomes; and highly developed administration skills, including the ability to plan, prioritise, monitor, and evaluate, to meet the needs of a busy office in a multi-faceted role.
