About the role

  • Advise the business on all things digital marketing

As we expand our marketing operations and implement the full Adobe Experience Cloud, an exciting opportunity has become available for a digitally-led marketing strategist to join the Marketing Services and Technology team as Marketing Integration Manager. 

In this role, you will inject your marketing expertise to both improve existing activity, and identify new initiatives across campaigns, content, channels, SEO, social, and more. With a digital and innovation focus, you will plan, integrate, and track a broad range of marketing activities, and you will use a continuous test, measure, and optimise approach to drive performance across key customer, brand, and business objectives.

Working closely with both marketing colleagues and internal clients, you will be a team player with the ability to build trust, educate to influence, and balance priorities. You will be comfortable tackling complex challenges, and ultimately, you will thrive in the role of key adviser on all things digital marketing.

Skills and Experience 

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Degree level qualifications in communications/marketing and extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Experience in managing tactics and strategies across content, campaigns, channels, sales, social, and SEO.
  • Experience in planning, integrating, and tracking the performance of marketing activities across numerous teams, segments, channels and markets.
  • Experience in using technology to improve the process and performance of marketing activity.
