Associate Director, University Performance
Classification: Senior Manager 3
Salary package: $134,520 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full-time, Fixed term (5 years)

Reporting to the Director – Planning & Performance Measurement you will lead a team responsible for the provision of high-level advice, business intelligence and performance data that clearly supports the University in the achievement of it strategic goals. This will also include providing authoritative advice to University Executives on complex organisational performance issues and the provision of high level benchmarking and assessment.
To be successful in this role you be a proven leader with a track record of success within a higher education or research business organisation, including a deep understanding of organisational performance and planning along with contemporary University funding.
You will be known for your engaging and collaborative style with the ability to consult broadly across the University to enable the enhancement of performance reporting and the delivery of a comprehensive performance analysis framework.
