Job Description

The Administrative Assistant for Student Health Services reports directly to the Associate Director of Finance and Administration. This position is responsible for assisting with multiple administrative functions including: all financial transactions related to accounts payable/receivable, all clerical tasks related to maintenance of employee files, credentialing and staff reimbursement for CME, approval of student payroll, and inventory management of office supplies.

The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Associate Director of Finance and Administration to assist with all aspects of daily financial transactions as well as the overall organizational budget. Assist with all aspects of Procurement including processing of shopping carts, registering of all new vendors, and contract updates.

Required Skills

High School Diploma/GED required, must have 3-5 years of experience. Bachelors degree preferred.
