Position overview

The Administrative Assistant acts as the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors to the Student Services office in the College. The position also provides administrative support to the Student Services team and requires the ability to work closely with its other key staff. 

The successful applicant will possess highly developed customer service skills and an ability to communicate with stakeholders in a culturally diverse environment. They must also possess strong Microsoft Office skills and be able to work independently within a team environment.

This position is based in the College Student Services team which is responsible for delivering all student administration and support services to College students.
