Job Description

The LL.M. Admissions and Enrollment Data Coordinator in the Graduate and International Programs Office is responsible for the databases, systems, data management, data analysis, and reporting functions for LL.M. admissions and financial aid. Ensures that available technologies support admissions processes and operations. Manages the electronic ACES2 application process for all non-JD candidates, including training departmental staff, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and making recommendations to improve current, and implement new, processes and systems. Responsible for the technology infrastructure to support the law schools non-JD admissions processes. Develops predictive admissions and financial aid models. Devises and implements data collection methods. Serves as primary contact to the Law School Admissions Councils technical support team. Manages the candidate visa application process and serves as the primary liaison to ISSO.

Required Skills

B.A./B.S., with 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Strong understanding of complex databases, with experience in higher education databases preferred. An ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, effective problem solving and communication skills, and an ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
