The Role and Your Responsibilities
This newly created role is responsible for leading RMIT's Brand and Content Strategy driving business benefits. Providing business leadership for key brand and content projects and initiatives this role will optimise the Brand experience through reviewing analytics, testing and learning through a continuous delivery approach. As champion of Brand and Content you will ensure the engagement is timely, relevant and doable within our existing approaches and platforms while driving towards our future-state brand experience.
Utilising brand, design, lean and agile disciplines the Senior Manager Brand and Content is responsible for fostering innovation improving customer outcomes and delivery speed and quality.
This key leadership role has contact with key digital, communications, graphic design and marketing stakeholders across the organisation and will require you to build strong relationships with other business units to enable the achievement of cross-functional solutions.
This key leadership role will require previous experience in leading brand and content development within an agile and continuous delivery environment. With proven success in delivering programmes of work that has led to cultural change whilst delivering against organisational goals and targets. With a strong commercial understanding and ability to review analytics you will be able to demonstrate a proven ability to independently analyse and interpret a wide range of information, to make rational decisions, whilst also being naturally creative and flexible. With excellent communication skills and demonstrated passion for delivering creative and impactful brand and content experiences you will be able to lead a team and encourage a workplace culture of high performance. A degree and a postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline and with significant relevant professional experience at a similar level are essential.
