$120,993 - $139,510 p.a. (Level C) or
$145,685 - $160,500 p.a. (Level D)
plus 17% superannuation. Level of appointment is subject to qualifications and experience.
The Melbourne School of Psychological Sciences is seeking to appoint an outstanding social psychologist who can contribute to its research and teaching programs. Area of specialisation is open, but research and teaching interests relevant to applied social psychology and behaviour change, or to the psychology of morality, emotion or well-being, are particularly desirable.
Applications will be considered for appointment at Senior Lecturer or Associate Professor commensurate with skills and experience. Candidates for appointment at Senior Lecturer level will demonstrate an established record of publication in leading international journals. Candidates for appointment at Associate Professor level will have attained recognition as a leading figure in their discipline, achieved distinction at national and international levels, and have the ability to foster academic achievement in others. Candidates at both levels should have a record of success in obtaining competitive research funding.
The successful applicant will participate actively in all aspects of the School’s activities, including research, research supervision, teaching, administration and engagement.
