About the Job

The School of Health Sciences has strong industry partnerships across public and private health, disability, ageing and education agencies. With a distinctive research profile, the School seeks to provide a holistic approach to health care, encouraging multi-disciplinary collaborations that are relevant and beneficial to the community.

In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking a range of administrative services to support the teaching and research activities of the School and provide high level customer service to key stakeholders. You will act as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries to the School from within and external to the University, through email, telephone and in person.

Skills and Experience

To be considered, you would have completed the South Australian Certificate of Education or have demonstrated experience in a reception or administrative position involving the provision of high quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. You will also have a demonstrated understanding of finance administration including reconciliations, accounts receivable and accounts payable. To be successful in this role, you will be efficient in using MS Office suite with excellent organisational skills.
