The Role and Your Responsibilities
You will support the implementation of an industry-leading approach to student communication to drive increased student awareness, engagement and satisfaction across RMIT. You will be part of a team who develop and manage a framework for all channels used to engage and communicate with students with the focus on ensuring the timeliness, content alignment and reliability/accuracy
Working closely with the Student Communications team, you will also ensure close alignment with the university communications team, marketing and stakeholders within Colleges.
Skills and Experience Required
To be suitable you will have emerging experience in communications planning, delivery and measurement that delivered value and contributed to organisational objectives. In depth knowledge of contemporary media and digital technology along with an understanding of how to work with data to assist with identifying emerging and unmet needs and to develop solutions to meet those needs. You will have excellent communication skills and a demonstrated passion for delivering creative and impactful communications to key audiences.
A degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline and with significant relevant professional experience at a similar level
