The Role and Your Responsibilities

The Digital Content Coordinator will contribute to the success of the RMIT Strategy by supporting the RMIT-wide framework for effective and best practice approach to production of content across digital platforms, including web, video and social.

You will be part of a small, dynamic and creative team who manage, create and innovate to generate impactful, relevant content for use across the university, both externally and internally. You will work closely with the Communications teams to ensure timely and planned delivery of digital content, offer creative solutions and innovate with new ideas on production, platforms and delivery channels.

Skills and Experience Required

To be successful you will have experience creating content across contemporary media (video/animation/audio) and digital technology to improve communication outcomes. Ability to create and/or curate video and audio content and to use to strengthen social media communications strategies and a flair for visual communication, in particular the commissioning/production and appropriate use of imagery, animation or video footage. Excellent communication skills and demonstrated passion for delivering creative and impactful communications experiences will be ensure your success.
