The Role and Your Responsibilities
Working closely with the University Communication Manager you will support and implement the planning and measurement of impactful, multi-media content, and information across the University in line with the overall RMIT strategy. With a true passion for communications and a digital-first approach, you will develop and maintain outstanding cross functional relationships across the Colleges and Portfolios to deeply embed effective internal communications across the University.
You will ensure all communications are represented in University-wide communication planning and frameworks, and will work closely with the teams responsible for internal and external communication, to ensure alignment and impact.
Skills and Experience Required
To be suitable you will have emerging experience in working with stakeholders, and influencing thinking in strategic communications. You will bring a strong knowledge of digital communication options with knowledge of key audience values to achieve communication goals, You will be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively select and measure the ideal channel mix and understand how to measure success. Your outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills along with a demonstrated passion for delivering creative and impactful digital communications experiences will see you succeed in the role.
