The Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Corporate Engagement and Advancement is accountable for achieving the strategic goals for the University with regards to domestic student recruitment, corporate engagement, incubation and entrepreneurship, advancement and the Macquarie University brand. The portfolio works in conjunction with Faculties to ensure potential engagement opportunities align with the academic mission and vision.
Due to an expansion in our Corporate Engagement office, we are currently seeking a Faculty Engagement Manager to join our professional and energetic team. Reporting to the Executive Director, Corporate Engagement, you will support the implementation of the University's Corporate Engagement strategy and the Faculty’s engagement strategy in partnership with the Faculty of Business & Economics, to advance the University's research, learning and teaching outcomes.
This exciting new role will utilise your experience and skills in identifying and developing partnership opportunities to enable the Faculty and the University to meet their objectives.

- Degree and/or relevant experience in business, management or related discipline
- Demonstrated understanding of corporate engagement, relationship management and project management principles
- Successful track record in negotiating, preparing and managing partnership agreements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in influencing and negotiating with stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation
- Proven ability to effectively communicate complex information to a range of audiences
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating/ managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience working in multi-faceted and complex organisations

Salary Package: From $115,570 to $122,061 p.a. (HEW Level 9), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading.
