The Department of Built Environment within the Faculty of Engineering & Technology seeks to appoint a Lecturer with significant professional experience in the field of Building Surveying to make broad contributions to the academic work of the Department of Built Environment. 

The role will, primarily, require delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in the fields of Property, Construction, Surveying and related fields. Some contribution to the research activity of the department will be expected in collaboration with existing research colleagues in areas associated with Property and surveying. In addition you will contribute to the development and delivery of outreach and engagement initiatives for construction and property professionals as well as interdisciplinary project areas. 

The appointed person is likely to have a background in property, surveying, construction or commercial property management.
