Reprographics Officer 

Department: Marketing & Communications 


Responsible to: Head of Marketing 
Starting Salary: £18,252 (pro rata)
Hours: 18 hours per week 
Annual Leave: 20 days per annum, (pro rata) 
Term: FTC (6 months) end of Academic year

St Mary’s University wishes to appoint a Reprographics to join its busy Marketing Department.  The successful candidate will support the provision of the centralised copying and finishing service for the University the successful applicant should have a customer focused flexible approach to working and provide a high level, quality service for the users. Other opportunities relating to event support and photography would also be available to someone with the relevant skills. 

We have an exciting part-time opportunity for a highly motivated Reprographics Officer to join the team within the Department of Marketing & Communications at St Mary’s University. You will be an experienced individual with proven organisational skills; you will be a person who pays attention to detail with excellent IT skills as well as good time management, prioritising skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
