Director of Campus Infrastructure - Senior Administrative 1

To support our continued advancement, we are embarking on a significant
estate capital investment programme (in excess of €250m) and the development and implementation of an Estates Strategy for the next 5 years and beyond. To help us carry out this mission, Trinity now seeks to appoint an exceptional and experienced leader to the position of Director of Campus Infrastructure. We are seeking an exceptional leader with a proven track record of initiating, developing and implementing estates strategies and development programmes across large scale, diverse and technically complex property portfolios on behalf of industry leading organisations. The Director of Campus Infrastructure is responsible for the full array of estates responsibilities including Estate Strategy, the Capital Development Programme and all operational FM services.

Appointment will be made on the Senior Administrative 1 Salary Scale at a point in line with Government Pay Policy (€110,060 to €139,501 per annum).
