Massey University College of Health is a dynamic hub of leading academics and researchers working together to solve the global health challenges of the 21st century. Founded in 2013, we are focused on solving the most important health challenges in New Zealand and around the world.
Applications are now invited for an academic leader to support the maintenance of a high quality College academic portfolio which supports quality assurance and enhancement of our academic programmes, teaching and learning.
With functional responsibility to the Deputy Pro Vice-Chancellor, College of Health the Associate Dean, Academic will have primary responsibility for the management of the academic programmes portfolio within the College of Health, overseeing the structure, relevance, accessibility and quality assurance to ensure that these align with the strategic direction of the College, meet student and key stakeholder expectations, and optimise student performance, progression and success.
The successful candidate will have an earned doctorate from an accredited institution, a history of academic leadership experience in education, and a record of teaching, research, scholarship, academic citizenship and relevant professional achievement that will contribute to the overall standing of the College nationally and internationally.
