The School of Chemical Sciences at the University of Auckland, New Zealand invites applications for the position of Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in food science. The successful candidate will coordinate, lecture, and supervise laboratories in our undergraduate and postgraduate food science programme, including courses with a food safety focus. The successful candidate will also develop a research programme complementary to the expertise already developed within our Food Science programme.

The ideal candidate will hold a PhD in food science or a closely related field. Preferential consideration will be given to candidates with postdoctoral research experience and lecturing experience in food science.
