The HR team works in partnership with departments and individuals across the University. Drawing on our professionalism, expertise and knowledge, our responsibilities range from staff empowerment to change facilitation. In everything we do, we champion a culture of positivity and inclusivity.
We are looking to recruit an HR Administrator to provide professional and effective HR administrative support across the University. The role is varied and includes coordinating the recruitment and on boarding process, administering the employee life cycle and being the first point of contact for HR operational queries.
You will have previous experience of working in an HR administrative role, along with the ability to organise and prioritise your own work to tight deadlines. Excellent IT skills are a must, preferably with experience of databases.
You will have excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work within a busy/vibrant office environment, whilst always putting the customer first.
