The Division of Student Administration is committed to providing students with the simplest and most effective access to the University and to the administration of their records. The Division supports the student through all aspects of the life cycle from admission through to graduation and actively collaborates with academic and professional/general staff to improve the students’ journey and experience at CSU.

As the Assistant Manager in the Admissions Team, you will contribute to the design and delivery of student recruitment services. You will be responsible for the support of staff and processes that assess and process undergraduate, postgraduate, research and non-award applications. You will be working in direct support of the Manager, Admissions to promote a strong team culture in ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services and outcomes.

You will be a relationship and operational manager, working with different areas of the University to ensure that the applicant experience supports a coordinated and effective student journey. You will be involved in meeting the requirements of service level agreements in a Higher Education environment, ensuring that appropriate controls are developed and monitored and that admitting services are provided to applicants and other stakeholders in the most effective and efficient manner.

You will be a leader within your team, located on multiple campuses, providing support for routine processes, process innovation and agile solutions to the wide variety of stakeholder needs. You will support the team to deliver high quality outcomes and highlight and monitor emerging issues and recommend solutions to meet the needs of applicants, stakeholders, the Division and the University.
