The Chief Financial Officer’s Portfolio includes the functions of Finance, Information Technology, Facilities Management and the Web Strategy Office and delivers professional services and support to the University community commanding the management and deployment of a significant asset base. This Portfolio has the overarching responsibility and commitment to lead the physical and technological development of the University; to lead organisational change and development in the service and support areas of the University as part of the University Strategy 2017–2022.
The Web Strategy Office is responsible for developing and implementing a University Web Strategy characterised by a user-centric, coordinated, ongoing and prioritised iterative Web Improvement Program. The Web Reporting and Analytics Manager will develop CSU’s web reporting and analytics capability in support of the Web Strategy. This role will be responsible for ensuring the appropriate capture of data, and the appropriate reporting on organisational website quality, usage, issues and improvement opportunities. The role is also responsible for leading CSU's activities in organic search optimisation, site search solutions, and web quality assurance. They will also deliver high quality web reporting to the Senior Manager, Web Strategy to support the Web Strategy and University objectives.
