Senior CRM Analyst and Application Administrator
About the job
As the Senior Customer Relationship Management Analyst & Application Administrator, you will manage and actively participate in all stages of the system implementation lifecycle. You will work collaboratively with business groups across the University to identify and analyse business processes and user requirements and negotiate deliverables and timeframes.
In this role, you will also provide CRM system leadership to a team of analysts, subject matter experts and other staff where appropriate, in the development and support of the University’s information systems environment.
Skills and Experience
You will have a relevant tertiary qualification in information technology or a related field or equivalent knowledge and skills to be eligible for this role. To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience leading the business analysis and application administration aspects of substantial implementations or upgrades of complex ICT solutions, with an emphasis on enterprise-wide CRM solutions and/or Enterprise Resource Plan systems.
You will also have demonstrated experience contributing to software and system development / implementation lifecycles and the development of user requirements, business process models, data dictionaries and user acceptance testing. Having experience coaching and mentoring staff would be an added advantage for you to be effective in this role.
