Make a major strategic contribution to the development of medical education at Edge Hill University

About You

An exceptional leader with a proven ability for leading, developing and managing academic medical programmes, with both a high level of understanding of current issues relating to healthcare and the ability to respond to these. Experienced in liaising with professional bodies you will have a full understanding of the requirements of these for medical education programmes.

A Professorial title will be awarded for appropriately qualified candidates.

About the Role

This is a key strategic leadership role and you will lead the development of medical education at Edge Hill University.  You will drive forward our work towards establishment of an undergraduate medical programme and will have strategic leadership for the well-established postgraduate medical programmes within the Postgraduate Medical Institute.

The further development of medical education at Edge Hill University has strong institutional support and appropriate resources will be available to the successful candidate.
