$97,757 - $104,278 (G08) and 17 per cent superannuation

Reporting to the Senior Brand and Marketing Manager, you will work closely with Curtin International’s leadership team and be responsible for the planning and implementation of all international marketing activity supporting the leadership team’s priorities relating to global student demand. You will have responsibility for strategic marketing recommendations, management and implementation of international marketing, including advertising, lead generation, promotion, production of marketing collateral and digital communications across all platforms. Working collaboratively with other University Marketing teams and external agencies, you will ensure all international marketing programs are consistent with the University’s brand and strategic vision, whilst meeting the customer needs and business objectives. 

You need a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent and extensive marketing experience with the proven ability to develop and implement creative and effective marketing strategies. To be successful in the role you will advanced interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships and negotiate professionally. You will need strong project management skills and be experienced in leading cross functional project teams. You will need to be able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, delivering within time and budget expectations.

You will have a strong understanding of the higher education sector, preferably with an international marketing focus.

The salary ranges presented are those which are contained within the University's Enterprise Agreements; as are the employee benefits which include employer superannuation contribution at the rate of the current Government Superannuation Guarantee amount up to 17 percent, study assistance, a comprehensive salary packaging and wellness programs and flexible and family friendly work practices.
