The School of Nursing and Midwifery has embarked on an ambitious plan to fully immerse our curricula and research within the clinical context.  We offer 3 year Bachelor of Nursing with entry points for graduate entry students and enrolled nurses seeking to prepare as a Registered Nurse.

About the position

This position will coordinate subjects and deliver effective teaching and administration into the Bachelor of Nursing program.  You will participate in innovative course and subject level curriculum design, development and review and ensure all subject materials adhere to University Policy.

Skills and Experience

  • A Masters in a relevant discipline and either enrolled or committed to undertaking a PhD or equivalent studies.
  • Eligible to register as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Recent participation in clinical practice.
  • Demonstrated competence in teaching and curriculum development in tertiary nursing education, and a comprehensive knowledge of current and new teaching methods and pedagogies.
