The Role & Your Responsibilities

The Professional Development Coordinator is responsible for planning and delivery of IEAA's national professional development program. The position engages with IEAA members, and works closely with IEAA's Networks, to deliver a dynamic program of events for professional and academic staff working in the international education sector. The position is responsible for a suite of events including webinars, workshops, forums and symposia.

Skills & Experience Required

As the successful candidate you will have proven experience in event management. You will also have excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to develop and maintain close working relationships with all stakeholders. High level attention to detail, good time management and organisational skills, with ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines will be imperative to your success in this role. Highly proficient across a range of IT platforms, including integrated management/database systems, Microsoft Office and other industry recognised software/tools will be highly desirable.
